Βάσει του πρώτου τρόπου ανάγνωσης ο Φραντσέσκο Τόττι είναι ένας πολύ καλός παίκτης με μερικά ατομικά βραβεία ο οποίος όμως αγωνίζεται εδώ και 23 χρόνια και παρ’ όλα αυτά τα μοναδικά συλλογικά επιτεύγματα που βλέπεις στο παλμαρέ του είναι ένα πρωτάθλημα και δυο κύπελλα Ιταλίας. Πρώτος σκόρερ και πρώτος σε συμμετοχές στην ιστορία της Ρόμα, 7ος Ιταλός σκόρερ σε όλες τις διοργανώσεις, 2ος σκόρερ και 4ος σε συμμετοχές στην ιστορία του Καμπιονάτο είναι μόνο μερικά από τα κατορθώματα του όλα αυτά τα χρόνια στα οποία έμεινε πιστός στην ίδια φανέλα. Χρόνια κατά τα οποία θα μπορούσε, σχεδόν, ανά πάσα στιγμή να κάνει ένα μεγαλύτερο βήμα στην καριέρα του.
